Confira seis alimentos que devem ser consumidos com cautela por quem busca fazer uma reeducação alimentar:

Gelatina: apontada como uma opção saudável de sobremesa por ter poucas calorias e ser fonte de colágeno, a gelatina tem altos níveis de açúcar, aromatizantes e corante para se tornar mais atrativa

Granola: rica em fibras, é ótima para o bom funcionamento do intestino, além de fornecer energia. Por outro lado, a granola é bastante calórica e pode sabotar a dieta. Coma pequenas porções

Oleaginosas e frutas secas: embora tenham gordura de alta qualidade, que ajuda a cuidar da saúde do coração e auxiliar na perda de peso, o consumo exagerado desses produtos pode engordar
