Quatro opções de cervejas que combinam com o frio

Quando se pensa em cerveja, é comum imaginar uma praia ensolarada em pleno verão. Mas você sabia que a bebida também é uma boa pedida para a estação mais fria do ano?

De acordo com Diego Gomes da Silva, mestre cervejeiro do Grupo Petrópolis, teor alcoólico mais elevado e corpo mais presente caem bem no frio. “Além do mais, a ideia de que a bebida só pode ser consumida ‘estupidamente gelada’ está errada”, afirmou ao Metrópoles

Diego conta que a temperatura para consumo depende das qualidades particulares de cada cerveja.
“Em certos casos, o sabor pode ser realçado se não consumirmos o produto tão gelado”. Para te ajudar na escolha, ele elencou as melhores opções para o inverno. Confira

Uma opção a para este período do ano são as cervejas bock feitas à base de trigo (Weizenbock). Para começar, elas costumam apresentar teor alcoólico um pouco maior. “A dica é consumir a uma temperatura entre 7°C e 18°C. Os aromas e sabores serão favorecidos”, frisa o expert

Bock

O nome diz respeito a um estilo de cerveja escura tradicional de Munique, na Alemanha. “Sua cor vai do cobre profundo ao marrom escuro. Ela é bastante aromática e costuma apresentar um sabor maltado ou frutado. Suas notas variam conforme a marca”

Dunkel

Segundo o especialista, essa bebida pode apresentar até 5,6% de álcool e deve ser consumida a uma temperatura de 5°C a 7°C. “Trata-se de um produto que harmoniza muito bem com carnes suínas e bovinas, pratos defumados, peixe frito e molho funghi”

“Este é um tipo de cerveja de alta fermentação, o que faz com que a levedura venha à tona, conferindo complexidade à bebida. Apesar do nome – cerveja pálida, em tradução literal – costuma apresentar coloração dourada ou acobreada”, ensina

Pale Ale

Dentre as cervejas que são uma ótima opção para o inverno, esta é uma das que apresentam amargor mais versátil. “Devido à fermentação, o seu corpo é robusto e espumoso, e ela pode apresentar um retrogosto que lembra caramelo. Toques frutados também são comuns”, ressalta Diego

Essa cerveja tem uma intensidade moderada e sua cor é dourado avermelhado. Além de ser encorpada, ela pode trazer aroma frutado. “O lúpulo aparece bem nesta bebida. O teor alcoólico é baixo, de 4,5%, e ainda assim, harmoniza bem com carnes brancas e massas”, finaliza
