Como é feita a cirurgia de prótese peniana?
O procedimento é indicado para homens que sofrem com disfunção erétil e não tiveram sucesso com tratamentos mais conservadores
Há dois tipos de implante, o inflável e o semirrígido, também chamado de maleável. O objetivo é fazer com que o pênis simule uma ereção com a firmeza adequada para a relação sexual
Os implantes são introduzidos nos canais cavernosos do pênis. A versão semirrígida fica dura todo o tempo, e pode ser dobrada para urinar
O implante inflável é mais natural. Durante a cirurgia, o médico coloca a prótese nos corpos cavernosos, uma bombinha é instalada dentro do saco escrotal e um reservatório com 100 ml de soro fisiológico fica no espaço pré-púbico
A bombinha transfere o soro do reservatório para o cilindro, que é preenchido com o líquido e simula a ereção. Ao final da relação sexual, o paciente aperta novamente a bombinha, levando o soro de volta para a bolsa
A cirurgia é rápida e dura cerca de 45 minutos, mas exige anestesia geral e internação por pelo menos um dia
É aconselhado o afastamento do trabalho por uma semana, e o paciente deve permanecer cerca de 45 dias sem ter relações sexuais. A sensibilidade não fica alterada após o procedimento, e a ejaculação costuma funcionar normalmente
A cirurgia de prótese peniana não resolve problemas de libido e, segundo a Sociedade Brasileira de Urologia, não deve ser feita para aumentar o comprimento ou diâmetro do pênis
Toda cirurgia tem riscos, e alguns cenários possíveis são rejeição da prótese, infecção e adesão do implante aos tecidos do pênis. Alguns sintomas que indicam complicação são inchaço, dor, vermelhidão e pus
